One session. One clear price.

All sessions are 60 minutes, online inside Alongside. The mentor’s listed rate is the session price. No subscription is required.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancel later, before the session starts, for a 50% refund. If your mentor cancels or does not attend, you’re entitled to a full refund.

Rescheduling & arrival

Reschedule at least 24 hours before the original start time, subject to availability. Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.

Something went wrong?

Report a problem from your session dashboard. Technical failures and attendance issues are reviewed by the Alongside team before a final decision. A disputed session’s mentor transfer is paused during review.

Mentor payments

The planned platform fee is 20%. Mentor earnings become eligible seven days after completion and are processed weekly. Bank arrival times depend on the payment provider.
